Green tea is a great supplement to your weight loss program.  Obviously the best way to lose weight is follow a good healthy diet and get some moderate exercise.  One key ingredient of a healthy diet would be green tea.

A healthy lifestyle is essential to maintaining weight loss.  There are several reasons for this; a person that eats healthy foods tends to follow other healthy trends in their life.  Green tea is a healthy diet choice, so instead of choosing high calorie sugary soft drinks, choose green tea instead.  It can be taken straight or lightly sweeten with honey.  It contain fewer calories than soft drinks and isn’t as hard on your teeth.  

Green tea is traditionally a hot drink, taken with meals.  But increasingly, especially in the United State, green tea is available cold and comes pre-bottled, so you can drink it on the go.  All things considered, green tea is a great tasting healthy drink to help with your weight loss.  Besides that it tastes great.
